This notice describes the information used by this first version of the HetaForge website and client workspace, a brand led by Jorge Iraheta.

When you contact us

We store the name, email address, optional organization, and message you send so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. Our internal records may include follow-up notes and message history. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information.

Appointments and client work

When you book or work with us, our system keeps appointment details, agreed scope, project updates, shared files, invoices, and payment references. Private team notes stay within our team. Client access links are limited to the information and actions they were created for.

How information is handled

Inquiries are stored in our own business system and accessed by authorized team members. When email is enabled, Resend processes email delivery and related events. We don’t sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list from this form.

Cookies and security

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We remember your language choice in a preference cookie. We use your browser language and, when available, an approximate country supplied by Cloudflare to choose an initial language; we do not request precise location. The staff area uses a necessary sign-in cookie, and client access uses a separate necessary session cookie. The system keeps limited security information, including hashed request identifiers, to reduce abuse. When card payments are enabled, Stripe processes card details through secure fields; our system keeps transaction references and billing records. reCAPTCHA and AI features remain inactive until separately configured.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to reduce automated spam. It checks browser signals, and our server verifies its result before accepting a new inquiry. Turnstile does not receive the message you write to us.

Questions or changes

Use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We retain inquiry records while they are needed to respond and manage the business relationship.
